1.Individual knowledge refers to something believed by a person as justified truth and which is stored in his memory through the process of learning . On the other hand organisational knowledge is the sum or collection of many individual knowledge comprising of collective memories and actions of individual separated in time.  Organisational knowledge is a greater concept as it involves group  knowledge from different subunits combined leading to creation of new knowledge can be referred to as organisational knowledge.

2.  The knowledge bases of two organisations can be compared with the factors such as leadership, human capital resource, implementation of knowledge management in the organisation etc.
